Update to support FancyBox 2.x

The current version is based on FancyBox 1.3x while now FancyBox 2.x is out, which is a rewrite and has more features.

Sadly, FB 1.x has a very different license than FB 2.x, they are not compatible, and therefore the code bases will never share code anylonger. FB 2.x cannot be used commercially unless you pay for it, which defeats the purpose of open source.

This is the main reason why fancybox-plus exists.
We can include again new features, or improvements, while keeping the MIT license.

That and that it includes some corrections from the community to make it work for some new browsers or newer jquery.

My suggestion: Maybe you could list the features that are most important for you, and create a separate issue for each, that could be implemented by anyone.
