Automatic build system doesn't support filenames with diacritics

Something in https://github.com/ieee-vgtc/ieeevis-hook-watcher didn't like filenames with diacritics.

I should note that git itself did something strange when I git pull'ed a file with diacritics (it wouldn't recognize the file in the working directory at all). I would just recommend against it in general.
