Test of Time Awards announced in 2021 (http://ieeevis.org/year/2021/info/awards/test-of-time-awards) are not available in the VIS 2022 History Best Paper Awards (http://ieeevis.org/year/2022/info/history/best-paper-award).

The Test of Time Awards are not part of the Best paper Awards and are therefore not archived on the "historical best paper awards". The responsible persons for that would be the paper chairs.
