Requirement for old cuda drivers

Hello,

I've been unable to run AnnoPRO in GPU mode due to the requirement for old CUDA drivers; this is the error that I get:

tensorflow/stream_executor/platform/default/dso_loader.cc:64] Could not load dynamic library 'libcudart.so.11.0'; dlerror: libcudart.so.11.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Would you be able to update the code to accommodate the latest CUDA drivers?

I installed tensorflow-gpu conda install tensorflow-gpu=2.6 and that fixed the issue by installing the correct cuda library.
But now I face a new error
AttributeError: partially initialized module 'charset_normalizer' has no attribute 'md__mypyc' (most likely due to a circular import)
