Description

Hello!
I've found a bug. Destroing the scrollbar with option "continuousScrolling" set to "false" breaks native scroll behavior.
Please fix! Thanks.

Steps to Reproduce

Init Scrollbar with option "continuousScrolling: false".
Use scrollbar.destroy() to destroy the scrollbar.
Native scroll is broken.
