add function area to my-collections to link my-collections-edit

As part #664 it would be useful that users can move betwenn the static disply of my-collections and my-collections-edit. This could be accomplished by adding a user-function area for authenticated users already to my-collections linking to the my-collections-edit (not only in the individual collection)
