RFE: please start making github releases

Is it possible next time on release new version make the github release to have entry on https://github.com/ibm-s390-linux/smc-tools/releases entries? 🤔

I'm asking because only on make gh release is spread notification about new release to those who have set watch->releases.

It sounds not bad. That's true that only release can be watched. However, I'm wondering if it is really necessary. Because the most frequent event on this Repo is to release new versions (with new tags). If you watch All Activity, I don't think it's very different as you only customise to watch releases. But sure, if here is very busy, we do need to consider to add entries in the release.
