Any possibility to keep the dictionary entries in a separate file? #65

I have added a lot of entries automatically and they get inserted to the list in coc-settings.json, making it very long. Is there a way to have the plugin add these entries to a separate file?

Seems like this isn't possible. If you add a word to user user-dictionary, it always lands in the coc-settings.json. Would be nice if it would land in a global cSpell.json file in the .vim folder
