I can no longer do command /skin

I just downloaded illenium-appearance and i noticed before removing skin-changer and esx-skin, that illenium appearance was working when doing the /skin command. Although it would conflict with those two scripts I had no problem doing the /skin command. I want to know if anyone knows a fix for getting /skin to work without skin changer script as it seems I need that script installed to get illenium appearance to allow me to do /skin.

My installation process :
I deleted esx_skin, skinchanger, fivem-appearance, esx_barbershop, esx_clotheshop,
I then installed ox-lib and droped the tables player_outfit_codes, and player_outfits
I then applied the new sql files player_outfits, and player_outfit_codes to my database
I added provides { "esx_skin", "skinchanger" } at the end of illenium-appearance/fxmanifest.lua file
I ensured all dependent files in correct order, es_extended, ox_lib, and illenium-appearance
I ensure I have all the correct files deleted and installed

I have no errors at all and everything starts fine but the command /skin just doesnt show up without the skin changer script.
