Not working: 'dryEmptyOnTrample'

Hello,

I have tested the 'dryEmptyOnTrample' feature but cannot get it working. When I trample farmland (hydrated or dry), it does not convert back to regular dirt. Perhaps I am missing something but thought I'd flag the issue so you can take a look.

Also, unrelated, but the update log mentions planting on any soil (not just farmland) - how do I enable this?

@WarriorLlama This works for me normally. I think someone had a problem because of some protection plugin or anti cheat plugin before, I think that might be it.

Originally the radius features only worked on farmland, that change was made so that it could work on any soil, such as soul sand for netherwart, it does nothing more than that.
