Hyperlight 1.0

Releasing Hyperlight 1.0 would be useful for a variety of reasons. The work remaining to be done before we can release hyperlight 1.0 is as far as I know:

• Support AArch64 #677
• Snapshot-First Sandbox Lifecycle #1268
• Cleanup the hyperlight-host public API #765
• upstream rust target #1547
• Ring buffer for hyperlight I/O #1548

Thanks for getting this started. I've moved everything to issues and organized them on a board. We can add more things there. As we add sub issues to these items they get added to the board automatically and we assign those to milestones. Going to close this for now.
