Greerings and sorry for the wrong place to ask!!Dev can you please make a module that:Adds a quick tile with mount/unmount MicroSD option? I would highly apreciate that!!!

No worries, issues are totally fine for requests like this!

I've never had a phone with microSD so I wouldn't really know how to test it. Did a quick search though, have you tried Tasker or MacroDroid? Both can create custom QS tiles that run shell commands, and since you have root sm mount/unmount should do the trick.

If that doesn't work for you just let me know, I can try making a dedicated tile when I'm a bit less busy. Would help to know your Android version and device.

Really thanks for your interest!This setting is inside storage>microSD>3 upper right dots>mount or unmount.So this extra quick tile should be just a shortcut.Sorry but i wouldn't like to mess with extra root apps though..😔

Ah I see! The thing is, making a QS tile is easy, but afaik the actual mount/unmount action requires special permissions that Android only grants to system apps (like Settings). Third-party apps can't get those permissions, so any tile that actually mounts/unmounts would need to run a root command under the hood.

Thanks,i really appreciate your interest to my wish! I just want to protect the health of my microSD by limiting the continuously running and minimize the battery drain also!
