Describe the bug

I installed the dashboard on my newest mac, but when I click credentials,it is no response for a long time. Everypage seems to be the same. I checked all the logs and increased the memory of each container, it was still not work. I didn't find any obvious error. Is it because of the cpu architecture,my cpu is M2 chips? The hummingbot client works well on my mac, only the dashboard has this problem. What's the possible reason?

Steps to reproduce bug

1. mac m2 chip
2. follow the docker compose installation ducument
3. open the dashboard,and click credentials

YES. It is cause by a while ture loop which has heavy operation inside and always occupy the thread.
I submited a pull request on the backend-api repo. hummingbot/hummingbot-api#59

The code I submited miss await keyword last time,so it still need review and retest maybe you can help with that.
