Hello,
I would like to ask if xHLA is also capable of typing the alpha chains of DQ and DP. This information would be useful for predicting the immunogenicity of an antigen or calculating the risk to develop an immune disorder from the WGS data (e.g. celiac disease, the DQ alpha chain is crucial).
Is it possible to extend xHLA in order to perform that?
Kind regards and thanks in advance,
Matthias

I am just starting to use this tool and I really like its performances.
I would also be interested in using xHLA for typing DQA1.
I was wondering if you have been considering an extension as suggested by Matthias.
