githd should limit number of active git show instances

I have a slow repo connection and I'm finding that I end up with many instances of git.exe show --format=%h[githd-fs] ... --stat .... would be nice if these timed out / canceled after a short period of time, or perhaps limit number of running git.exe show instances (maybe same as CPU count?)

Sorry for the inconvenience. You can turn off the blame view for a walkaround. vscode settings -> search githd -> turn off blame view.

thanks. Maybe consider making that the default as it has a large I/O impact when enabled?
