<p>TPAC 2016：TPAC是W3C的年度重要技术会议之一，历届参会规模大约300-450人，参会者将在五天的时间里，共同协调未来开放Web平台的技术方向，讨论W3C的组织策略。TPAC期间将举行各个工作组会议(Working Group Meetings）、顾问委员会会议（Advisory Committee Meeting），并在技术日（Plenary Day）分组讨论与W3C未来技术相关的话题。其中，技术日环节（Plenary）是一个类似BoF模式的开放讨论，对公众及所有参会者开放，其会议纪要也对公众公开。顾问委员会会议及工作组会议通常仅对W3C会员和特邀专家开放。 </p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">TPAC 2016的新变化：</span> 在 TPAC 2016上，我们将尝试为 <span style="font-weight: bold;">W3C社区组（Community Groups）</span>在星期一、星期二、星期四、星期五四天的议程中各提供2小时会议机会。 <br />
各个社区组、其他对社区组研究内容感兴趣的专家、非W3C会员的CG成员也可以观察员身份列席所有开放的工作组及兴趣组会议。<br />

<h2 id="participation"><a name="Participation">如何参会</a></h2>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">在注册参会之前</span> ，请仔细阅读下面的参会指南。</p>
<p><strong>W3C 的所有会议都符合 W3C <a href="http://www.chinaw3c.org/archives/675/">道德和职业行为规范（Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct）</a></strong>的原则。 </p>
<h3>工作组（WG）、兴趣组（IG）和社区组（CG）会议<br />
</h3>
<p>您 <strong>必须</strong> 至少符合下面条件之一，方可注册参会：</p>
<ul>
<li>您已是即将在 TPAC 会议上举行面对面会议的某个 W3C工作组、兴趣组、商务组或社区组成员；</li>
<li>您是 W3C会员机构（如已成为W3C正式会员的公司、大学、研究机构等）的顾问委员会代表（AC Representative）;</li>
<li>您是 W3C的顾问委员会常务会议（AB，Advisory Board）或技术架构组（TAG）成员;</li>
<li>您是 W3C会员机构（如已成为W3C正式会员的公司、大学、研究机构等）的正式雇员;<br />
</li>
<li>您是 W3C的特邀专家，或已得到 W3C 的正式参会邀请;<br />
</li>
<li>您是 W3C的全球团队成员，或 W3C 办事处依托单位的正式雇员.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>观察员</strong>: 符合条件的参会者可以在填写注册表时注明作为观察员参会。
一个工作组（或兴趣组、社区组、商务组）是否接纳观察员由小组主席根据会场空间限制、信息保密范围、
是否有助于推动小组的工作进展等因素综合考虑并决策，请通过邮件联系相关的 工作组或兴趣组主席 (联系方式参见 <a href="http://www.w3.org/Member/Mail/">各WG/IG/CG/BG 主席联系方式（仅限W3C会员访问）</a>)。观察员席位数量有限，并可能根据会场布局安排具体位置。</p>
<p><strong>注意：我们建议您在确认参会及观察员资格后，再安排您的旅行计划。</strong></p>
<h3 id="adhoc">临时会议（Ad-Hoc Meetings）</h3>
<p>从2014年开始，我们在 TPAC 中尝试在每天日程中安排“非结构化时间（unstructured time）"。许多工作组利用这样的时间段安排一些小范围的、并行的任务组（task force）会议，或安排跨工作组的联合讨论，以及在走廊及茶歇区域的会谈和讨论。工作组可以利用这些“临时安排的会议时间（Ad-hoc time）“ ，在自己分配的会议时间内灵活安排。</p>
<p>这类非结构化时间安排在每天的 <strong>15:00-18:00</strong> 。这一时间可能和星期二、星期四的AC会议 [<a href="https://www.w3.org/2016/09/TPAC/#acsessions">*</a>]
重叠， 因此希望各个工作小组在安排这类临时会议的时候，适当考虑组内需要参加 AC会议的代表的时间。</p>
<p>工作组也可以利用这一时间段举行常规面对面会议。</p>

<h3>技术日 (星期三) 08:30 - 18:00<br />
</h3>
<p>我们欢迎W3C的工作组成员、兴趣组成员、顾问委员会代表、TAG及AB成员、W3C全球办事处成员及W3C全球团队成员参加TPAC的技术日（Plenary Day）。</p>
<h3 id="breakouts">分组讨论（Breakout Sessions）</h3>
<p>非预先指定的分组讨论（Unconference/breakout）是W3C在TPAC的技术日上通常采用的一种会议组织方式。</p>
<p>如果希望在会前参与关于在分组讨论中开展哪些话题的讨论，请留意 <a href="https://www.w3.org/wiki/TPAC/2016/SessionIdeas">分组讨论 Wiki （Breakout
sessions wiki）</a> ，并提前参与相关讨论。</p>
<h3 id="acsessions">顾问委员会会议及晚宴（Advisory Committee Sessions and Dinner）</h3>
<p>您 <strong>必须</strong> 符合下面条件之一，才能受邀参加星期二、星期四的AC会议，并参加AC晚宴：</p>
<ul>
<li>您是 W3C会员顾问委员会的AC代表（W3C Member Advisory Committee Representative）。如果一个会员机构的 AC代表不能参会，他/她可以指派一人作为代表参会。详情请参见 W3C流程文档（Process Document）中<a href="http://www.w3.org/2015/Process-20150901/#ACMeetings">2.1.3.2节</a>关于会员参与的部分;</li>

<li>您是 AB或 TAG的成员;</li>

<li>您是 W3C的全球团队成员，或 W3C全球办事处的员工.</li>
</ul>
<h3>午餐安排</h3>
<p>为确保更舒适的午餐体验，我们将和工作组主席一起，设计TPAC午餐期间的展示和交流活动。</p>
<h3>会员技术展示（Member Demonstration） </h3>
<p>和去年一样，本届TPAC上，W3C会员可以在每天的茶歇和午餐时间，向其他参会人员展示公司的技术和产品如何使用W3C的相关技术。<br />
W3C将在稍候启动征集展示。<br />

<h3 id="remote">远程参会</h3>
<p>我们仍采用 MIT的 Webex系统支持不能到现场参会的AC代表远程参会。</p>
<p>关于如何通过Webex参会的指南将在您完成 AC 会议远程参会后通过邮件发送给您。</p>
<h2 id="registration">大会注册及注册费</h2>
<p>在您注册前，请确已阅读 <a href="#Participation">TPAC 2016参会指南</a>。<br />

<h3><a id="Registrati" name="Registrati">注册费</a></h3>
<p>TPAC可以按日缴纳注册费，任何注册参会的人士都应缴纳，<strong>作为会员代表参会，或仅作为观察员参会都需要根据您参加的会议日程按天缴纳注册费</strong> 。如果您是会员机构的 AC代表，且您只参加星期二的AC会议及星期二晚上的AC晚宴（即不参加星期二下午的其他议程），则不需要缴纳星期二的会议费。</p>
<p><strong>每人每天的注册费标准</strong> 如下所示：</p>
<ul>
<li>在<strong> 2016年9月2日前</strong>完成注册，每人每天90 欧元 <br /></li>
<li>在<strong>2016年9月2日后</strong>完成注册，每人每天180欧元<br/>（视已注册人数及会场能够容纳人数）</li> </ul>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">*重要说明:</span> 我们强烈建议您确认成功进行会议注册后，再安排您的行程。同时，建议您尽量与2016年9月2日前完成注册。往年我们都会在会议现场提供现场注册服务（on-site registration），今年受会议场地条件限制，我们将不承诺继续提供此项服务。</p>
<p><strong>请在完成网上注册信息提交后尽快支付注册费，成功支付后才完成整个注册过程。</strong>如果在填写注册信息后，在9月2日前没有完成支付的，将按照每人每天180欧元的标准收取注册费。</p>
<h3 id="payment">支付系统</h3>
<p>支付过程需要通过 W3C的支付系统完成（这需要您的 W3C会员账号）。<br />
</p>
<p>如果您没有 W3C会员账号，可通过下面连接完成支付（此功能将稍候开放）。<br />
</p>

<h3>取消及退款政策（Cancellation and Refund Policy）</h3>
<p>在<strong>2016年8月26日 17:00前</strong>，您可以在线申请取消注册及申请退回注册费。在此时间之后，恕不接受退还注册费的请求。所有退款申请都将收取 20欧元的手续费。</p>

<h2 id="details">工作组会议</h2>
<p>所有的工作组会议都安排在 9月19－20（星期一、星期二），及9月22-23（星期四、星期五）的全天。</p>
<p><strong>会议室安排:</strong> 会场的所有会议室从星期一到星期五的 8:00-18:00 时段，都对所有参会人员开放。</p>
