[Feature]: Add visual file aging timeline and review queue for automatic cleanup

It would be amazing to see a visual decay and review system added to Mouzi.

While Mouzi is fantastic at instantly sorting incoming files into category folders, those folders naturally accumulate old installers, archives, and clutter over time. It would be super helpful to introduce a management system featuring:

A Visual Aging Timeline: Configurable stages (like Fresh, Stale, and Decaying zones) to track how long files sit in folders.

A Review Queue / Dashboard: A dedicated space inside the app to inspect files, check recoverable space, and triage or handle them before any automated cleanup triggers

Thanks, this is a thoughtful suggestion, and the ShelfLife reference is very helpful. A review queue showing file age, the matched cleanup policy and recoverable disk space would fit Mouzi particularly well.
I would want any automatic cleanup to be strictly opt-in, disabled by default and limited to moving files to the system Recycle Bin/Trash. It would also need a preview, per-folder retention settings, exclusions or pinning, and a clear activity history.
One implementation detail is that cross-platform “last accessed” timestamps are not always reliable, so Mouzi would most likely calculate age from the file modification time.
This is larger than a small update, so I can’t assign it to a specific release yet, but I’ll keep the issue open as a design proposal. Thanks!
