Allow project creators to select specific feature types for OSM data download

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
From #2164 , depending upon project's requirements, some projects may use points as their primary map features while other may use both point and polygon or polygon only. But on FMTM, we download only polygons which doesn't fit in all types of projects.

Describe the solution you'd like
During project creation data extract download, give the user checkboxes for point, polygon, linestring, for which type of geometries they wish to extract (e.g. it could be mixed point/polygon, or only polygon)
