I've used other video conversion tools in the past that required me to install FFmpeg separately via Homebrew (brew install ffmpeg) or download it manually. This was always a bit confusing, especially figuring out the right version and making sure it's in my PATH.
I'm on an M2 MacBook Pro running macOS Sonoma, if that matters.
