Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Client currently has to confirm reload on change in order to apply selected changes to themeanager config settings.

Describe the solution you'd like

Would like to refactor initial ext. activation so that when the config changes, the it fires an apply themeanager function. I think this may allow the changes to be applied without client input & client having to confirm reload?

Describe alternatives you've considered
Nah, I ain't got none of those.
