Lightbulb control popup is missing "Color Temperature for "White Ambiance" lightbulb

What is happening?

The control modal for Lightbulb accessory currently only has controls for Power and Brightness

This is fine for a White Lightbulb, however a White Ambiance Lightbulb also exposes Color Temperature

What you expect to happen?

The control modal for a White Ambiance Lightbulb accessory has controls for Power, Brightness, and Color Temperature

What problems would this new feature solve?

This allows me to control the Color Temperature setting for a White Ambiance Lightbulb, in addition to Power and Brightness settings

Maybe a more generalized approach is providing controls for all the "modifiable" (non-readonly) services exposed by an accessory. In the case for the White Lighbulb: On and Brightness. In the case for the White Ambient Lighbulb: On, Brightness, and Color Temperature.
