Please use better colors for "states" screen

Every time, I make the same mistakes because of the colors:

• The 'State State' dropdown almost looks like an input box (edit box).
• The first row of the table has the same gray color as the rows in the table itself. As a result, it's not obvious that you should use it for filtering."
