Add an option to choose the position of the map buttons

I hope I chose the category right.

After using hass and the mobile companion for a few years, I suddenly found out that the recenter button is hardly reachable on the phone's screen when the map is in full screen mode, see the screenshot. To me it's just a matter of comfort, to people with certain disabilities it may be a difficulty.

So I thought it would be handy to have an option to choose the position of the map navigation buttons. WDYT?
