Session Expiration Toasts

Issue

When a users session expires or is about to expire they receive a flood of toast indicators.

Goal

Only send 1 toast message to the user.

This happens when the expire time hits and the tab is open but not active.
When you go back to the tab, all toasts trigger at the same time.

Update this line before runningskaffold dev to a lower value, like 1m @alchemistgo87
Toasts are not stacking like that if you are looking at the tab when session lifespan ends.
