Pro Guitar mode only working in Pro Guitar tutorial, otherwise shows normal non-pro track/gems

Describe the bug
When using the pro guitar mode, I see my user as set to pro mode, and can play the tutorials fine. But when selecting a song using Pro Guitar mode (even one included with Rock Band 3, which had pro charts, such as Huey Lewis's Power of Love), the pro guitar track does not appear and the traditional non-pro charts show.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run RB3dx with the ProGuitar
2. Run the tutorial, note the presence of the pro guitar track
3. Exit the tutorial, choose a song with a pro guitar part

Expected behavior
I would expect the pro guitar parts/track to appear when using the pro guitar.
