Getting to results screen and pressing A to confirm crashes the game (Xbox 360)

Describe the bug
Sometimes after playing for a while and getting to the end results screen you hit A to confirm and the game crashes without you ever getting back to song menu to play another song.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Play songs on full band
2. After completing the song, you get to the results screen showing how you did.
3. Press A to confirm
4. Game crashes and does not get you back the song menu

Expected behavior
Game is supposed to go back to song menu without crashing from results screen.

Additional context
This same error happens in older betas but way much more frequently, error code is the same. With black backgrounds (only venues enabled) and transformation animations disabled this happens way less. Might be memory issue as how fast you press the button after results screen does not seem to matter. I also noticed playing longer +10 minute songs make this crash happen faster.
