Instrument select screen crash/freeze (Xbox 360)

Describe the bug
RB3E running alongside DX. The Game crashes on instrument select screen randomly after running for while. No other issues and the timing of the crash seems to be random. Sometimes the xbox can go hours without this happening and sometimes it happens on first hour. It always happens instrument select screen (you select the song and the game freezes on this screen). I have RB4 textures enabled.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run the game on full band for 1-5 hours
2. Eventually game crashes on instrument select screen after you pick a song (instant)

Additional context
Same error code happens on older versions of the mod too (for example really old beta9)
The error code is always same, I have been able to reproduce this crash for 5 times at least recently.
