Dk-core version 3.7.0 includes the following changes from 3.6.0:

  • Added a new DkCoreDiagnosticReport profile for diagnostic reports (laboratory reports, personal health monitoring reports, and progress notes), with a category sliced into studyType, specialty, and a Danish-specific danishSpecialty, an extensible code binding, DK-Core-typed references, and worked examples (ElseHomeNursingMeasurements, ElseLaboratoryReport).
  • Added supporting terminology: value sets dk-core-LoincDiagnosticDocumentTypes, dk-core-LoincLabStudyTypes, dk-core-SCTLaboratorySpecialities, and dk-core-practice-setting-exclude-lab-code.
  • Added a cvr NamingSystem (Central Business Register, http://cvr.dk / OID 1.3.184) and a laboratory DkCoreOrganization example (KliniskBiokemiHBY).
  • Upgraded the Personal Health Device (PHD) dependency to hl7.fhir.uv.phd 2.0.0 and migrated the Continua/PHD examples accordingly: phd-observation category code changed to phd, Continua code-system URLs re-pointed, gateway/coincident-timestamp linkage moved to the CoincidentTimeStampReference extension, added device specialization and certified-device-list properties, and blood-pressure status now uses valueBoolean.
  • Updated dependencies: hl7.fhir.uv.extensions.r4 to the released 5.3.0, removed hl7.fhir.extensions.r5 4.0.1, and added hl7.fhir.uv.xver-r5.r4 0.1.0.
  • Removed the local dk-core-regional-subdivision-codes CodeSystem (and its alias); regional subdivisions now rely solely on ISO 3166-2.
  • Renamed FSH definitions to PascalCase while preserving canonical Ids (V2_0131DkSupplement, ExtendedPatientContactRelationship) and updated the DkCorePatient contact-relationship binding accordingly.
  • Added SNOMED CT copyright notices to the laboratory and SOR practice-setting value sets.
  • Corrected SNOMED CT display names in examples to official Danish designations (e.g. "Cardiac pacemaker in situ" → "kardiel pacemaker in situ").
