José will make a proposal to include national naming system "base" like http://.../hco-vlg, http://.../hco-bru, http://.../hco-wal, http://.../hco-vli.

Veerle will initiate contacts to investigate the issue of duplicate identifiers.

I had a meeting with Bernard Demoulin because Mark Turcksin was absent.
With regard to the active HCO numbers in cobrha, these were the conclusions:
• these are unique within cobrha per the authentic source
• these are unique within Flanders per CBE number
o Authentication via UMAN only mentions CBE and HCO numbers, which is sufficient within Flanders to uniquely identify organisations.
• An HCO number cannot be a standalone identification code.
