Validation errors for prefixed arbitrary units #352

Hello
We have some Observations that use the k[arb'U]/L unit.
However this fails validation with error:
Error processing unit 'k[arb'U]/L': The unit 'k[arb'U]' is unknown' at position 0 for '[http://unitsofmeasure.org#k[arb'U]/L'](http://unitsofmeasure.org/#k%5Barb'U%5D/L')
I believe this is because of the k prefix in front of the arbitrary unit.
However, the clinical biologists at the hospital have let us know that this is a valid code that should be supported and that it's also used by NexuzHealth.
How can we resolve this issue?
