Contexte

L'application vACDM de VATSIM Germany permet une gestion de slots/bookings depuis leur application maison (https://github.com/vatger/bmac)

• App détermine si le CID a un booking

• App vérifie si le CID a déja un CTOT

  • S'il vient d'un booking: on ne le touche pas
  • S'il vient d'un MDI, il peut etre touché par l'optimizer

• Cela signifie CTOT = TTOT et donc TSAT = CTOT - EXOT)

• Sur changement d'état (GUESS, CONFIRMED) il faut s'assurer que ça se fasse bien
