Regenerate SDK from updated pumpfun IDL

Format and update pumpfun.idl.json and regenerate TypeScript SDKs for AMM and Pump. Adds many generated account, instruction and type files under src/ammsdk and src/pumpsdk (bondingCurve, feeConfig, globalVolumeAccumulator, sharingConfig, userVolumeAccumulator, numerous instruction bindings like buyExactQuoteIn, claimCashback, claimTokenIncentives, initUserVolumeAccumulator, migratePoolCoinCreator, setReservedFeeRecipients, toggleMayhemMode, transferCreatorFeesToPump, etc.), updates generated program bindings and instruction implementations, and updates src/clients/amm.ts and the generation script (scripts/codama-generate.ts). Also removes/updates a few outdated generated types. This brings codegen in sync with the revised IDL and new instruction/event definitions.
