E6 · Origin-attributed Activity + "Waiting on you"

Goal

Rebuild Activity around request origin: scannable tag rows (identity + action_tag + mono amount + warning tag + hash/glyph/time); a NEEDS YOU + count badge; a day-grouped log; origin attribution; the compact home waiting strip; and STOP reframed to "Stop all agents" (shown only when an agent is active).

E1 (#189) already shipped the primitives this issue needs — reuse, don't re-roll (all in crates/deckard-app/src/widgets.rs):

• action_tag(kind, …) / ActionKind — the SEND/SWAP/SHIELD/SUPPLY row chip (neutral, not a signal color).
• status_glyph(state, &Theme) / StatusGlyph{Confirmed,Failed,Pending,Live,Neutral} — the row's hash/glyph/time status glyph.
• stop_brake(state, &Theme) / BrakeState{Ready,Armed,Idle} — the "Stop all agents" control (Ready=amber, Armed=danger, Idle=neutral "No agents running").
• origin_header / Origin{You,Agent,Dapp} — the row's actor identity (with agent_mark for the cyan handle).

Each has a // reason: naming this issue (grep #186). Delete a primitive's #[allow(dead_code)] when you wire its first call site.

Note: dapp-transaction attribution depends on the origin wire (#50 / #44)

E6's checklist includes "origin attribution across you / dapp / agent." Reachable today: you, agent, and dapp messages (which carry their domain in SignMessage.origin). Dapp transactions can't be attributed yet because ProposalOrigin has no Dapp variant and the bridge proposes them as App with no domain — that wire plumbing is tracked under #50 (PRD-04, owned wire) / #44 (ADR-0001).

E5 (#185, shipped) already built the consuming side — the shared Review's Origin::Dapp rail — so once #50 threads the origin, both the review and this feed attribute dapp txs with no further widget work. So E6 can land you/agent + dapp-message attribution now; dapp-tx attribution follows #50.
