"Files" are saved in different locations, leading to confusion in the UI

In the UI you have the "Files" button which show you the files related to the session. But only the LORA files are stored in the sessions/ path now. The rest seem to have their own UUID.

For example, finding QA pairs or extracted documents in the "Files" view is almost impossible. You need to copy the UUID from the datastore info in the session info and ctrl+f to find the right file after browsing to files/data/....

The real problem is that things aren't grouped by session any more. So it's not an easy fix.
