Components with hide able content should reveal content when being edited

You can see this issue in the Accordion and Tabs components.

Specifically for Tabs, if you edit say Tab 2 you can't see your changes unless you switch into preview mode and change to the correct tab then switch back to edit. We need some way of keeping track of the component state while editing to make sure the correct tab/etc is shown.

This is connected to other issues with state, where even components such as the page list don't get refreshed when configuration values are changed.

This is a peregrine issue, so we'll move it there -- and the issue is slightly different now in that the inline editing reveals the text as entered but if you click off the tab, the data is not stored.
