Feature Request - Templates with cross project sub issues

Description of the issue

Currently you can only make templates that have one subsequent child issue, and only if they belong in the same project.

Suggestion

Allow templates to have unlimited hierarchy for child issues (so more sub issues within sub issues), and allow sub issues to belong to different projects.
