Terms of Service, section 3. User content.. Why?

I often take a look at companies terms of service and privacy policies.. So I did that and read https://huly.io/legal/terms - When I got to section 3. User content, I was wondering why you need such a broad license for our content.. What are the reasons for that?

a quote from section 3:
"..to grant, to Huly a royalty-free, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, and worldwide license, with the right to grant and authorize sublicenses, to use, reproduce, modify, publish, list information regarding, edit, translate, distribute, syndicate, publicly perform, publicly display, and make derivative works of all such User Content and your name, voice, and/or likeness as contained in your User Content, in whole or in part, and in any form, media, or technology, whether now known or hereafter developed, for use in connection with the Service and Huly’s (and its successors’ and/or affiliates’) business, including, without limitation, for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels."
