Jira server not coming up

I am starting the docker with command
docker run -p 2990:2990 --name jira-srv -e TZ='Europe/Berlin' haxqer/jira:9.17.5
There are no errors at startup whatsoever, but still I cannot get the Jira web interface.
http://localhost:2990 not there
http://localhost:2990/jira not there
http://localhost:2990/jira-srv not there as well

I haven't found anything in the doc. Any hint?

Please try:

docker run -p 2990:8080 --name jira-srv -e TZ='Europe/Berlin' haxqer/jira:9.17.5

Installing Jira now, but seems it's no longer possible to get Jira (datacenter) licenses. Generation of the license works, but it is not accepted by the server setup.

Thank you, it helped! Server is running now.

I'm trying to use Python Jira API (https://jira.readthedocs.io/) now to script some steps. Login works, but adding user (which is fine with another Jira instance) runs into errors. I guess the Jira version in the docker is not compatible with this python Jira :(
