tutor local backup to S3 ? #92

Hi,
I have a tutor local instance, deployed on a single VM. I have tutor-contrib-backup installed, and it creates a tarball just fine as expected.

Is it possible to configure it to backup to an S3 end point, or is that only for K8s deployments ?

Similarly, the schedule options (cron), are they only for K8s deployments, or do they also work with local deployments ?
