[404 page] - broken links for the proposals and transactions, wrong css style #703
Description
I've found issues with the 404 page:
- proposals link is broken - should be link to the snapshot probably
- transactions link is broken - probably, it should be analytics page
- and the text css is white on white for the
Oops! We can't find the page you're looking for.- should be the same as for the menu
