Update Logging

Update the logging so that the log file will be named and located appropriately

At the moment ALL log data is saved into data.log in the root of the data directory

What is required is that each run will create a log file in the corresponding directory.

For example:

    data--|

          |        | ---  v-3-4-0.log
          |
          |---HIP14
          |     |---HIP14.log
          |
          ...
