says Slow 4G Throttling on Desktop

I'm running the test with --desktop flag, however clicking on individual score results and scrolling down at the bottom shows
Slow 4G Throttling
Is this an expected behaviour? or am I missing something, is it really slowed down to slow 4g even though I'm on desktop?

also, I notice that the score is low compared to PSI,
I have maxConcurrency=1 and sample=3 to minimize variability.

You'll need to disable throttling using scanner: { throttle: false } in your config.
