Annual plots with calibrated data #20
Description
The graphs from annual_graphs.R all use uncalibrated results. Change them to use calibrated results (or at least have the option to). This means using the data from datadownloads/meas_cal_uncal.sql instead of the initial conversion of the Scout json to tsv.
