[Feature Request]: Text size scaling with distance

Hey,

I love the mod and thought I'd see if you'd ever be interested in making far away damage appear smaller to minimize screen clutter from others fighting. So the text size scaling with distance.

Oh! to add on to it, maybe the ability to turn off hit indicators from appearing behind walls. When I'm walking on the surface sometimes I see numbers under me (in a cave)
