Please, add #region / #endregion markers to automatically fold (core functionality of VSCode) embeded SVG image in markdown.

<!-- #region drawnote -->
<svg id="svg" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" viewbox="93.63999938964844,33,552,185" style="height:185">
…
</svg>
<!-- #endregion -->

I just installed the extension and cannot get — does it support editing of already saved inline SVG? (drawings saved to files looks can be edited, OK)
I see it forked from extension https://github.com/zhaouv/vscode-markdown-draw that supports editing, and also #region/#endregion markers.
