Show number of projects per group with auto-proportion switching #311

I would like for there to be an info box below the proportion amount field for auto group switching to show how many projects judges would see in each group given that proportion.
Pre-existing Issue or Justification
Whenever you set a proportion of projects to view to auto-switch groups, it's sometimes hard to tell how many projects a judge will actually see in said group.
