There's the expo page, but we should add a project gallery to show projects instead of linking it to devpost imo. This will be nice if someone uses jury WITHOUT devpost. Honestly this could reuse components from the judge project view page -> client/src/pages/judge/project.tsx

On the admin dashboard, it will take you to the project's url field if you click on the title of the project. However, this is proposing that we add a separate place to view all projects instead of linking it to devpost. Imagine this page: https://hackutd-ripple.devpost.com/project-gallery but like in Jury (without pictures bc the CSV export doesn't give us that).

Actually, the expo page DOES link to Devpost atm. What if we just link that to a page in jury that shows the project info and then there's another button on THAT page where u can open the original URL (devpost if it's uploaded from there).
