More descriptive Title meta tag

### Describe the feature you'd like

For subpages, I would like to have more descriptive `<title>` meta tags. This could be something like `Admin | Jury` for the admin and `<project name> | Judging | Jury` when judging a project and `Judging | Jury` for the ranking judging page.
