Some VPK files are outdated

1. ident.vpk is 0.40 instead of the latest 0.43
2. adre.vpk could be updated with isage's updated fork
3. enso.vpk could be updated to the enso_ex installer instead, or at least have enso_ex as an additional option
4. shell.vpk could be updated to Yoti's fork of it
