HTTPS

It might be a good idea to include some sort of HTTPS setup in the template. Perhaps we could auto-generate keypairs for each environment, store them somewhere secure in S3, and then instruct the end-user to simply replace the production SSL cert with their paid certificate when they get to that point? Then when the app restarts it will check for certs there and pull them automatically.
